Apostolos Mosios

The city of Volos has a great tradition in modern music and many famous artists to present . Apostolos Mosios , at the age of 23 is an important presence in music scene.

In 1989 he started guitar lessons at the Municipal Conservatories of Nea Ionia and Volos. After ten years, in 1998, he studied vocals and music technology for five more years, until 2002.

At the age of 15 he made a live appearance on local television while at the age of 16 he participated at "Avra" music group accompanying on vocals and guitar and by composing impressive melodies.

At the age of 17 at the Music Contest by the Ministry of Education he received a Panthessalic and National award in folk music . He gave concerts all over Greece but the most important time at his career is his participation in "Estudiantina" orchestra of the Municipality of Nea Ionia with George Dalaras and Glykeria.

Since 2004, he makes appearances at "Magikos Avlos" music scene with Nikos Iakovidis, Ioanna Tsouka, Nikos Papageorgiou and Konstantina Alexiou in a unique music performance for the city of Volos. At the same time he participates in live appearances with "Estudiantina" in Greece and under the production of George Dalaras he'll participate at its next disc.
